We ensure fluid communication between ourselves and our agents so that you always have the most updated information on the progress of your home.

On moving into your new home you will be provided with a “New Home Guide” which will include information on running your new home, appliance manuals, tips on health and safety and energy efficiency, details about your NHBC Buildmark 10 year Warranty or Zurich Building Guarantee and our after sales support contact details.

Our approach to after sales care at Rockbourne Homes is “once a client…always a client”. Every customer is assigned a personal after care account manager who will be a continual point of contact for all queries regarding your new home.
